Filipa César

Filipa César is a visual artist and filmmaker currently living and working in Berlin. Her work explores human behavior and the porous boundaries between reality and fiction, using video, photography, and installation. Deeply engaged with the political and poetic dimensions of the moving image, César’s practice intertwines opposites such as stillness and motion, public and private, past and present.
