Boca Cheia is a project that brings together history, oral tradition, agriculture, and food. The experience begins with a visit to Vila Verde, a 19th-century Azorean farmhouse, guided by an audio tour that leads visitors while sharing stories and reflections of the cultural transformations of that place, including the Orange Cycle, when exports to England reshaped the landscape and consolidated the Gentlemen Farmers. The visit ends with a tasting prepared by the hosts, featuring local flavors such as shiitake mushrooms grown on the farm.
