Meg Stuart is a choreographer and dancer who lives and works in Berlin and Brussels. In collaboration with her company Damaged Goods, she has realized over 30 productions, ranging from solos to large-scale choreographies, site-specific creations and improvisation projects. Stuart\u2019s work moves freely between the genres of dance, theater and visual arts, driven by an ongoing dialogue with artists from different disciplines. In 2018, the Venice Biennale awarded her the Golden Lion for Lifetime Achievement in the category of dance. <\/p>\n
Forum Dan\u00e7a is a non-profit cultural association, created in 1990, whose mission is to promote contemporary dance, through professional and artistic training, research, editing and documentation. It is a meeting platform for professionals and the public. It develops pedagogical projects, seminars, artistic residencies, informal presentations, workshops and regular classes aimed at professional audiences and amateurs, adults and young people. Forum Dan\u00e7a is an independent structure funded by the Portuguese Ministry of Culture \/ Directorate General for the Arts and the Lisbon City Council.
