It honours this living organism and its many beings who share, work, sing, create, and build their own culture and stories within a geography as challenging as it is dazzling.<\/p>\n<p>Grounded in the idea of evoking in order to honour, the work recalls and exalts the gestures and memories that shape history and territory, while mapping the affective ties that continue to animate the island\u2019s social and cultural life.
