Guarda Rios (or River Guards) make their debut researching S\u00e3o Miguel\u2019s river basins and, through their River Observatory, engage students from Ribeira Grande High School to create playful devices that foster ecological knowledge and collective creation \u2014 because nothing awakens shared memory more than a splash of water.
