Nadia Belerique

Nadia Belerique is a Canadian artist who lives and works in Warkworth, Ontario. Her artistic practice fuses photography, sculpture and installation, exploring the nature of perception and the performativity of images in contemporary culture. His recent works include “Body in Trouble” at Fogo Island Gallery and “There’s A Hole In The Bucket” at Daniel Faria Gallery. Her work has been presented at institutions such as the Kunstverein Braunschweig (2020) and the Toronto Art Biennial. Belerique was nominated for the Sobey Art Award in 2017 and has completed residencies at Walk&Talk and Fogo Island Arts.
