The hANDling workshop introduces participants to the philosophy of the AND Operating Mode, created by Fernanda Eugénio. It consists of presenting and practicing a game that rethinks reciprocity and attention, opening space for living together in a (trans)formative and shared dimension.

Aimed at education professionals from all levels and areas of teaching, the workshop invites collective reflection on what a school committed to care, listening, and social transformation might look like.
