Geoteluric Orison of Spectral Alchemy aspires to the eternally unknowable whims of the climate of these islands, which are as quickly bathed in sunshine as they are shrouded in a mantle of mist at the turn of the hour, in a burst of metaphysical alchemy. This fickleness is as beautiful as it is agonising, making it difficult to describe it in a fair or consensual way. It is an aspect in perpetual mutation, in every sense. It is this admirably unstable pictorial universe that becomes a transformative and collaborative instrument in Bárbara Jasmins’ intervention.
